Statement on the provision of information
Every participant of the company is entitled, in the manner established by RA legislation, to receive copies of the company's latest annual report and the external audit opinion. Every participant holding two or more per cent of the placed voting shares is entitled to receive the additional information established by law.
The information is provided FREE OF CHARGE within three working days of receiving the participant's written request, or within five working days if sent by post. A written request may be submitted in person at the head office, by email or by post.
