This policy concerns the neocredit.am website and explains what data the site collects, why, and what it does not do. The general rules for processing personal data in the company are set out in a separate document — the personal data management policy.

What the site collects

The site collects data from two forms only, and only what you fill in yourself.

• Loan application: name, phone number, the selected programme, amount, term and your comment if you wrote one
• Contact form: first name, last name, phone number, email (optional), the subject of the question and its text

The site never asks for passport details, a social security number, a card number or a password. Documents required by law when granting a loan are provided at the office, not through the website.

Why we collect them

The only purpose is to contact you and review your request. This data is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

What the site does not do

• Uses no cookies at all — neither analytical, nor advertising, nor any other
• Has no analytics systems or advertising trackers
• Site search runs in your browser: the query never reaches the server and leaves no trace in the logs
• Personal data is never passed in the address bar and is not kept in browser storage

Only one thing is stored in your browser: your choice of light or dark mode. That is a display setting, not personal data, and it is never sent to the server.

Third parties

The only external service on the site is the map widget on the Contacts page. It loads from Yandex servers, so that company sees the IP address and browser details of whoever opens the page, under its own policy. Everything else — images, fonts, scripts — is served from our own server.

How the data is protected

• Forms are submitted over an encrypted connection only (HTTPS)
• Every request is validated on the server: data from the browser is not trusted
• Request rate limiting and protection against automated submissions are in place
• Server responses do not disclose the details of internal errors

Your rights

You have the right to know what data of yours we process, to require the correction of inaccurate data, in the cases provided by law to require erasure or restriction of processing, and to withdraw a consent you have given. A request may be submitted at our office or sent by email. We reply within the period established by law.

Minors

The services are not intended for persons under 18, and the site does not knowingly collect their data.
